1. Product Orders
By placing an order with VTEX Madurai, you confirm that you have reviewed the product information, colour, design, fabric type, and quantity before completing your purchase.
2. Fabric Quantity
Our fabrics may be sold according to the quantity selected by the customer.
Once fabric has been cut according to the customer's selected quantity, it may not be eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation due to a change of mind.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must contact VTEX Madurai within 24 hours of delivery.
A complete, continuous, uncut, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.
The video must clearly show the package from the beginning of the unboxing through to the discovery of the product issue.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video
The unboxing video must:
- Be recorded continuously.
- Be completely uncut.
- Not be edited or altered.
- Clearly show the shipping label.
- Show the package before opening.
- Show the complete opening process.
- Clearly show the product received.
No Video = No Replacement
If a customer does not provide the required unboxing video, or does not raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery, VTEX Madurai will not be able to process a replacement or damage/wrong-product claim.
This requirement helps us verify the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery and protects both the customer and VTEX Madurai from incorrect or fraudulent claims.
5. Returns
Returns and replacements are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Cut fabric, used fabric, washed fabric, altered fabric, stitched fabric, or fabric damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
6. Product Variations
Natural differences in colour, texture, print placement, and appearance may occur in fabrics.
Minor differences caused by photography, lighting, screen settings, printing, or weaving will not necessarily be considered defects.
7. Shipping
Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.
8. Payments
Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation through the payment methods available on our website.
9. Changes to These Terms
VTEX Madurai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will always be published on this page.
